Ken is a retired Academic and Student Dean from Miami-Dade College where he worked for 33 years. His love for photography has spanned 30 years. While he loves to shoot birds and nature he will shoot any subject from sports to people. He has travelled much of the US and Europe with a recent trip to India and Nepal.
Ken is the past president of the Kendall Camera Club in Miami and the Orlando Camera Club (now 300 strong) which he helped to found in 2004. Other images by Ken can be found on shutterpoint.com.
His favorite photo book is by Brian Peterson, "Learning to See Creatively" and a quote found in the book by Thoreau, "The question is not what you look at but what you see."
